RCA's Art Station 2011

RCA's ART STATION is part of the Ham & Yam Festival, May 7, 2011.  This is our 2nd year of blocking our part of Third Street, popping up tents and showing off our art.  There is space and time for you to get registered.  

This is a benefit and all of the booth rental goes toward paying our rent.  

Painter, Jewelry/Metal, Ceramics, 3D, Filmmakers, Printmakers, Art Organizations, Schools, Galleries, Schools, etc.  

Artists and organizations are encouraged to reserve your spot asap.

All registration forms must be received by April 30, 2011.  We will try to mail out line up information, maps and itineraries asap.
RAIN POLICY - Due to the magnitude of the Ham & Yam Festival, it is impossible to schedule a rain date or indoor alternative site.  Therefore, the Festival will run on the scheduled dates regardless of weather.  Also, as the Festival is a non-profit event, with all the revenues used to cover event cost.  registration fees are non-refundable (except if cancellation is made prior to March 31, 2011).

General Rules 
 Please provide a clear and accurate description of your products on the first page of this applica- 
tion. 

 NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED TO BE SOLD AT YOUR SPACE 

 Submission of an application does not guarantee a booth. 

 The DSDC cannot guarantee that other vendors will not duplicate your type of craft or items 
selling. 

 Festival directors reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone whose work is deemed offen- 
sive or of questionable taste. 

 Festival directors reserve the right to remove persons violating guidelines. 

 Each exhibitor must provide his/her own display.  Canopies are not required but are recom- 
mended. 

 Each exhibitor is responsible to collect and report sales tax.
